1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Ferro (“we”, “us”) to our clients (“you”). By paying for our services you agree to these terms.

2. What we provide

Our monthly service helps your business get found online. It includes Google Business Profile optimisation, review request automation, and website work, as agreed with you when you sign up. We start work within 7 days of receiving payment and the details we need from you.

3. Price and payment

The fee is £299 per month, taken automatically by card through Stripe on the same date each month. Prices stay the same for as long as your subscription runs unless we give you 30 days’ written notice.

4. No contract and cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@ferro-reviews.com. If you cancel, billing stops from your next payment date and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months, except under clause 5.

Rankings and enquiries depend on things we don’t control, including your local competition, Google’s rules and your customers’ behaviour. Results typically take around 3 to 6 months.

7. What we need from you

You agree to give us access to your Google Business Profile, to provide accurate business information, and to ask for reviews only from genuine customers. Everyone who is asked for a review gets the same choice of leaving a public review or private feedback. We never buy, fake or filter reviews, and we’ll stop work on anything that breaks Google’s rules.

8. Our responsibility

We’ll provide the service with care and skill. We aren’t liable for loss of profit or for changes made by Google or other platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Your data

We use your information only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay is the one that applies to you, and we’ll tell you before any change affects an existing subscription.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
