Booking information and Meta Pixel

This notice explains how Ferro uses Calendly for bookings and Meta Pixel for advertising. It is not a complete privacy notice for every way Ferro may handle information.

Booking information sent to Calendly

The Calendly booking frame loads directly on this page, so Calendly receives the technical connection information needed to serve it. Any booking details you enter in Calendly are submitted directly to Calendly. Ferro no longer collects or pre-fills your name, email, phone number, service area or monthly-revenue answer through a separate qualification form.

What it does and why it is used

Meta Pixel is a JavaScript tool that records selected activity on a website. Ferro uses it to measure advertising performance. Meta says Pixel events can also be used to measure conversions, improve ad delivery, and create audiences for advertising.

On this site, the configured events are a page view and a Schedule event when Calendly confirms a booking. The Pixel is loaded only after you accept marketing cookies.

Information Meta may receive

Meta’s Pixel documentation says information collected can include:

  • Details from web requests, which may include your IP address, browser information, page address, page content and referrer.
  • The Pixel ID and Meta/Facebook cookie information.
  • Button clicks, button labels and pages visited as a result of those clicks.
  • Form field names. Meta says form values are not collected unless a site specifically includes them through Advanced Matching or optional event data.

The Pixel calls currently configured on this site send page-view and Schedule events without booking details or additional event parameters.

Change or withdraw your choice

Use Cookie settings to reopen the choice. You can accept or reject marketing cookies at any time. If you reject after accepting, Ferro stops sending new Pixel events and attempts to clear the Pixel cookies set by this site. Changing your choice cannot remove information Meta received before the change.

Details Ferro must confirm

Before treating this as a complete privacy notice, Ferro’s owner should confirm the responsible legal entity and privacy contact, the applicable legal basis, relevant retention periods, and whether any other tracking or data sharing needs to be described. Those details are not stated here because they have not been verified.
